Diverse small en medium enterprises (SME’s- B2B en B2C) in onder andere Afrika heb ik gestart. Tevens heb ik voor winstherstel gezorgd bij meerdere internationale (familie) bedrijven in onder andere machinebouw, kunststoffen, metaal en de energiesector. Met mijn ervaring in productieomgevingen en operationele processen heb ik meerdere kwaliteits- en productietrajecten in o.a. China succesvol begeleid. Hierbij maak ik gebruik van een strategische heroriëntatie (indien noodzakelijk) en gebruik ik onder andere de “lean” filosofie om het bedrijf of proces te structureren.
