De belangen bij een beursgenoteerde organisatie zijn van een andere orde. Shareholder value staat hoog in ‘t vaandel, een hoofdkantoor dat strikte rapportages vereist. Daarbij komen de normale processen en rapportages waar elk bedrijf aan dient te voldoen. En natuurlijk het bedrijf “runnen”.
